IMPACT123, Inc. was born out of Caroline Thompson's 20 years of agency experience in media strategy and planning for entertainment and lifestyle accounts. Working with a variety of premium brands across North America, she developed and managed successful campaigns for long-term clients including Disney Theatrical Productions and Wicked.
In 2016, Caroline launched IMPACT123, Inc. to serve clients - namely lifestyle and entertainment clients - without minimum spend requirements or conflicts of interest. Since 2016, IMPACT123 Inc.’s long-term and project-based client roster has included Peet’s Coffee, Center Theatre Group, 18Birdies, Door Dash, Transcendence Theatre Company, Lythgoe Family Panto, Savor After Hours, Cirque Du Soleil, Curran Theatre, SF Ballet, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Searchlight Films, Perelman Performing Arts Center (PACNYC), and American Conservatory Theater.
Caroline believes that a message has to be received at least three times to drive impact, and to effectively reach the desired audience, advertisers must integrate the right media mix into the overall strategy. She works with clients to ensure their media plan encompasses a strategic balance of reach and frequency, delivering their message in the right place at the right time.
With over twenty years of successful partnerships, Caroline works with global media buying firms to secure the best volume rates and added value for clients. Acting as the nucleus, she brings about the benefits of working with a large media buying agency while still providing senior level expertise and individualized attention. Through these relationships, impactful results are achieved and set campaign objectives are met and often exceeded.
Caroline is a graduate of Mills College with a degree in Communications. She sits on the board of RADAR Productions, The Independent Venue Preservation Initiative, and is a proud member of The Broadway League.
Professional partnerships include Omnicom Media Group and Serino Coyne, LLC.
